Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale ABV: 8.2%
Award winning Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale® is a unique sipping beer with the distinctive nose of a well-crafted bourbon. Our Kentucky Ale is aged for up to 6 weeks in freshly decanted bourbon barrels from some of Kentucky’s finest distilleries Subtle yet familiar flavors of vanilla and oak are imparted to this special ale as it rests in the charred barrels. Pleasantly smooth and robust, Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale may also be served as an aperitif or after dinner drink.
An Irish Red Ale filled with sweet malt and roasted barley, this beer delivers a strong Irish punch with a wee touch of sweetness
Revolution Anti Hero ABV: 6.50%
An American hop assault for all the ambivalent warriors who get the girl in the end. “Look, I ain’t in this for your revolution, and I’m not in it for you, Princess.” This iconic ale features a blend of four hop varieties which creates a crisp bitterness and imparts massive floral and citrus aromas.
Lagunitas IPA ABV: 6.20%
Lagunitas IPA was our first seasonal way back in 1995. The recipe was formulated with malt and hops working together to balance it all out on your ‘buds so you can knock back more than one without wearing yourself out. Big on the aroma with a hoppy-sweet finish that’ll leave you wantin’ another sip.
Goose Island Green Line ABV: 5%
Green Line Pale Ale is a honey colored, sessionable, American pale ale with a pronounced, bright, American hop aroma and citrus flavor. Notes of biscuit and lightly toasted malt create the backbone for Green Line’s pleasant, crisp bitterness.
Stella Artois Cidre ABV: 4.506.%
Made from Hand Picked Apples
This Cidre has full flavors of red apple and peachy, apricot hints, complimented [sic] in the background with a subtle flavor of spicy oranges and an almond flowery character.
Get sprung this spring with this funky monkey of a wheat ale. A big stash of Lemondrop hops were added to the kettle and the dry hop, delivering a big citrus blast. Lemongrass herbs were added for a refreshing twist and exotic aroma. The light malt bill lets the piney, grassy, lemony notes shine. Light in body with bright citrus notes, this is an extremely complex but very easy drinking brew
This IPA will be dry and hop forward. The hops used are Columbus, Amarillo, Centennial, Cascade, and Simcoe.
Helles, I’ll Have Another is a Helles German Lager. It is smooth, easy to drink, malty and with almost no bitterness
Blue Island Beer Company’s Pre-Prohibition Style Ale. Inspired by the Prohibitionists’ hysteria that legalized alcohol promotes “Massive Political Corruption”, our malty, amber ale inspires smiles and approving nods instead. Made with oats and golden syrup for the smoothest brew yet.
Pours out a bright golden color. Floral notes on the nose balanced out with sweet caramel notes on the back end. Medium body feel with hints of fruit.
Daisy Cutter Pale Ale is one of the first beers we brewed at our brewery on Lincoln Ave. Daisy Cutter’s lush and dank characteristics steadily carved out a place within the Chicago brewing landscape. Blended pine, citrus, papaya and mango. Dank. Apparent biscuit, lingering, obscenely dry.
Deep Golden in color, made with light carmel malts, hopped with loads of amarillo hops with a slight citrus flavor, then dry hopped for 4 days for a plentiful aroma
