Award winning Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale® is a unique sipping beer with the distinctive nose of a well-crafted bourbon. Our Kentucky Ale is aged for up to 6 weeks in freshly decanted bourbon barrels from some of Kentucky’s finest distilleries Subtle yet familiar flavors of vanilla and oak are imparted to this special ale as it rests in the charred barrels. Pleasantly smooth and robust, Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Ale may also be served as an aperitif or after dinner drink.

image3011Revolution Anti Hero ABV:  6.50%
An American hop assault for all the ambivalent warriors who get the girl in the end. “Look, I ain’t in this for your revolution, and I’m not in it for you, Princess.” This iconic ale features a blend of four hop varieties which creates a crisp bitterness and imparts massive floral and citrus aromas.

 

image3031Lagunitas IPA ABV: 6.20%
Lagunitas IPA was our first seasonal way back in 1995. The recipe was formulated with malt and hops working together to balance it all out on your ‘buds so you can knock back more than one without wearing yourself out. Big on the aroma with a hoppy-sweet finish that’ll leave you wantin’ another sip.

 

image3061Goose Island Green Line ABV: 5%
Green Line Pale Ale is a honey colored, sessionable, American pale ale with a pronounced, bright, American hop aroma and citrus flavor. Notes of biscuit and lightly toasted malt create the backbone for Green Line’s pleasant, crisp bitterness.

 

image3401Stella Artois Cidre ABV: 4.506.%
Made from Hand Picked Apples
This Cidre has full flavors of red apple and peachy, apricot hints, complimented [sic] in the background with a subtle flavor of spicy oranges and an almond flowery character.

 

Krankshaft ABV 5.0
Krankshaft, a Kölsch style beer is our homage to the beer brewed in Cologne. Our most popular brew – if you’ve tried our beer before, your chances of having had this beer is 1 in 2 (maths!). Lemony flavors compliments of the ale yeast meld artfully into the dry, clean finish thanks to lagering. Krankshaft can be found at Soldier field. Krankshaft is the foundation of at least one Hawks fan’s game-time tradition. Chicago is all about Krankshaft, and Krankshaft is all about Chicago.

lagunitasLagunitas Pils ABV: 6:%
Our only Lager, brewed with loads of imported Saaz hops and a bottom-fermenting yeast strain that leaves it a bit lighter with a lot of smoothishness

 

 

Take me to your Liter ABV: 5.6%
Brewed in August and lagered for 5 weeks to be ready right for the beginning of Octoberfest. This malty Octoberfest lager is brewed with 100% Weyermann Vienna Munich and Melanoidin malts straight from Bamberg and hopped with Germany Hallertauer Magnum hops. Light amber in color lager is full of rich, bready and toasty malt flavors with enough noble hop presence to back up them up for a crisp clean finish

Middle Brow – White Light abv 5.1
White light is a belgian witbier brewed with apricot and cardamom. apricot and cardamom really are a match made in heaven, as it’s hard to tell where one ends and the other begins. finishes with crisp wheat 5.1% abv. 50% of profits are donated to Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare.

 

Sun-Standard American Wheat Ale with Passion Fruit ABV: 5.1
The Sun-Standard is an American wheat ale with passion fruit.  It’s an extremely refreshing and enjoyable beer that will be perfect for the warmer weather.  The low bitterness (14.5 IBU), and fairly simple base wheat beer allow us to showcase the special ingredient, the passion fruit.  .

 

Banging Gavel Civil Code ABV 5.7%
Märzen Oktoberfest pours a bright and transparent copper with a pleasant malty and slightly hoppy aroma. The taste is subtly grassy and bitter up front, then transitions nicely into a malty-caramel finish.

 

Daisy Cutter Pale Ale ABV 5.2%
Daisy Cutter Pale Ale is one of the first beers we brewed at our brewery on Lincoln Ave. Daisy Cutter’s lush and dank characteristics steadily carved out a place within the Chicago brewing landscape. Today, Daisy Cutter is a call brand that we continue to keep raw and relevant. Blended pine, citrus, papaya and mango. Dank. Apparent biscuit, lingering, obscenely dry.

 

Pollyanna The Full Lemonty Golden Ale ABV – 5.0%
Optimism is great and all, but sometimes in order to open and operate a brewery in Lemont, you need to go “The Full Lemonty.” A crisp and clean golden ale brewed with white wheat, Belgian aromatic malts, and a blend of American hops leaving a delicate bitterness to balance the subtle, underlying sweetness. Both a gateway beer for new craft beer fans and an all-day sipper for the vet, this is something everyone can enjoy.

Allagash White  ABV: 5.0%
Belgian Style Wheat. Our interpretation of a traditional Belgian wheat beer. Brewed with a generous portion of wheat and spiced with coriander and Curacao orange peel, this beer is fruity, refreshing and slightly cloudy in appearance.

 

Hailstorm Cumulus Northeast I.P.A. ABV 6.3%
Northeast Style I.P.A. brewed with Oats and Wheat. A hazy yeast strain and super hop aroma. Hopped with Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo, Centennial and Kohatu hops. 16oz Can Only

 

Glutenberg’s IPA ABV 6%
Glutenberg’s IPA is a dream come true for microbrewed beer fans. A true little bomb of flavours, it presents a perfect harmony between citrus aroma, hop freshness and bitterness. This non-filtered beer guarantees a soft contact with taste buds, releasing apricot and soft caramel notes.
